What We Do

Our projects

Our organization is involved in numerous projects ranging from Health care, Education, etc.

We carry out our initiatives through our teams and we target all efforts to rural communities with little presence of basic infrastructure, education and access to free or affordable healthcare

OUR TEAM

The Ukabuilu Chukwuka Foundation runs two operational teams; the UCF Medical team and the UCF Welfare team.

UCF Medical team

The UCF medical team plans and carries out the community medical outreach efforts which consist of preventive, curative, rehabilitative and palliative aspects and benefits all age groups.

The team conducts health education, malaria prevention, testing and treatment, HIV counseling, testing and treatment, management of diabetes, hypertension, prevention and management of diarrhea, care of pregnant women, nursing mothers and thriving of our priceless under-5 children, optometry and general eye care.

The medical by extension would run our free ambulance services when we purchase our foundation van which will be adapted and equipped to serve as a free ambulance for emergency medical transport for peasant patients.

Our medical team consists of medical doctors, nurses, midwives, optometrists, physiotherapists, public health professionals, health educators, health advocates, pharmacists and medical laboratory scientists.

UCF Welfare team

The UCF Welfare team comprises professionals in social work, and social welfare and they perform the duty of working out our welfare outreaches, advocacy, free education schemes, social and economic empowerment of poor rural dwellers, and follow up.
